Britain granted licences Friday for a huge expansion of offshore wind farms, based around nine sites which together could provide enough electricity for almost all homes in the country, officials said. Enel completes its main wind farm in France

Italian energy company Enel, specialists in renewable energy, completed its main wind farm in France's Champagne-Ardenne region, the subsidiary company Enel Green Power said Tuesday.
