Llandudno, Wales (UPI) Dec 2, 2009 German utility RWE, one of Europe's largest emitters of greenhouse gases, on Wednesday opened an offshore wind farm in Wales. Male (AFP) Nov 2, 2009The Maldivian government on Monday flagged off construction of a 200-million-dollar wind farm as part of efforts to make the low-lying archipelago carbon neutral by 2020.
